I talked to a friend yesterday who heard me explain a chapter overview of the book. He found it especially helpful and it would increase his understanding as he read it. So here is the Overview.
The Chronicler reveals vignettes of the new world, illustrating a snippet of everyday life. Since he is weaving the tale, he foreshadows the chapter to come.
The prologue quickly introduces the six main characters. From there, each of the first six chapters focuses on how each character starts his journey of self discovery.
During chapters seven through fifteen, story lines, plots and characters intertwine. Each action and event spreads ripples throughout those yet to come.
The final chapters race to the end. All action focuses on the climax.
I hope that this helps your enjoyment of Birth of Legends, which is now available on Kindle and hard back.
It also occurred to me that you personally may not like this genre of story. Birth of Legends would make a wonderful gift for someone you know who does.
